Welcome to AdventuVerse. By using this application, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Right of use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the AdventuVerse app for private use on your mobile devices.

2. Virtual goods (coins & adventures)

Within the app, it is possible to purchase virtual coins. The following basic rules apply:

• Virtual coins have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Purchases of virtual goods are final and non-refundable.
• Access to purchased stories remains available as long as your user account exists and the service is operated.

3. Disclaimer of liability

The application is provided "as is". SD Nightshift Studio assumes no liability for:

• Any data loss within the app.
• Damage to hardware that may result from use.
• Interruptions in server availability.

This does not apply in cases of demonstrable gross negligence or intent on the part of the operator.
